Sometimes these phones need to be rebooted. Looking at the back of the phone, unplug the network patch cable from the far left port. Wait 20 seconds and plug it back into the port, making sure it is securely connected. After the phone boots up it should react normally. If the phone is still malfunctioning after booting up, please place a ticket with the IT Department.
My Cisco desk phone keeps freezing up.
