Our new anti-malware software is called Mimecast and it “safeguards” attachments so you can review them without harm to determine if they are valid. To see the original (Excel) version:

  1. double click on the box that says: “We sent you safe versions of your files”
  2. a new window will open that displays an e-mail from “postmaster” with a box in the body of the e-mail that shows the attached file(s)
  3. look for the orange box that says “Request Files”, click it
  4. a new window will open that says that the file(s) were released to your e-mail, they should be in your Outlook InBox and the attachments will be in Excel format.
