Root Element errors happen intermittently when a ticketer is on an improperly configured network.  It is a DNS issue.

2 known fixes for this:

1st:   Simply switch networks.  If the ticketer has a hotspot or access to another network they should no longer have uploading issues so long as the DNS is properly configured.

2nd:    A workaround when no other network is available.
There is a file to configure the DNS on the ticketers machine:  File location in teams.

Send the file from teams in order to avoid it being identified as a virus.  Ticketer should run the file as administrator. The Command Prompt will open, but it will appear as though no script ran.  This means it worked as intended.

If you want to make absolutely sure that it did you can open CMD.  type "ipconfig /all"  Make sure the DNS Servers are set to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8.

***The DNS Servers should revert to default when disconnecting from the server.  There was one instance where this did not occur causing the script - getinv - to be unable to read AD.
